What is your view where companies generally should start their Digitalization journey (or as I prefer to label it to transform into a Smart Company).
Most consultancies will advice Digitalization should start from the top and begin with the customer journey but is that the only truth?
I am preparing an article on the subject and during the research I noticed there is limited academic material on what is working or not.
Hence I want your clever input as inspiration so please make your voice heard.
